Common questions from partners getting started with Purple.
- After you log in, compare your dashboard against the screenshots in the two setup guides above. The current version has the Partner Estate Overview dashboard and a refreshed layout. If your portal looks different, you are likely on the legacy version. If you are still unsure, contact your partner manager or chat to us here.
- Yes. Purple offers partners the opportunity to sell Purple WiFi under their own branding, as well as owning the customer relationship directly. White-labelling lets you present the solution as part of your own portfolio.
- In most cases, yes. The Purple platform works alongside your client's existing WiFi infrastructure as a cloud-based overlay, so no additional hardware is usually required. You can check the Supported Hardware list in the partner portal for specifics.
- No. There are no mandatory sales targets when partnering with Purple. During onboarding we may discuss your projected annual recurring revenue so we can match you with the right partner representative, but there is no obligation to hit a specific figure.
- The partner portal includes a growing library of guides and resources, and our partner team is on hand to help with every opportunity. Purple Academy, our structured certification programme, is coming soon. Register your interest further up this page to be notified when it launches.
- It varies. Portal setup can take a few minutes, while hardware integration may take longer depending on the network infrastructure.
- You can register deals directly from the partner portal, or on the Purple partners website. Registering early helps protect your opportunity and ensures our team can support you from day one.
