Media Manager

Upload and manage video files to use as part of Access Journeys. You can configure the videos within LogicFlow to show different videos to different customer demographics providing you with targeted advertising. For more information about how to add videos to an access journey, refer to Interstitial Video.

To access this click MarketingMedia Manager.

Upload media

  1. To upload a video file, click Upload media.

  2. Click Browse to locate and choose media files.

  3. Select the checkbox to agree to terms and conditions before you upload and click Upload to begin the upload.

  4. When the upload is complete, click OK.

Preview media

You can either select an uploaded file or click the ellipsis and Preview to preview in either landscape or portrait orientation.

Delete media

Click the ellipsis on the file you want to delete, click Delete and then Yes on the confirmation message.

Video formats

We support most widely used media formats however we recommend mp4 for best performance and results.

100MB

H.264 codec is recommended

Full HD 1920 * 1080

Recommended bit rate

8 Mbps

Optimum Frames speed

24fps

Preferred aspect ratios

16:9

If your audience is mainly mobile phone users and you would like them to view the video in portrait orientation, then upload a 9:16 aspect ratio video which is 1080 * 1920.

Optimization

We will optimize the video to make it more suitable for a variety of devices, hence the output you will see might not be exactly as uploaded. However, you can preview the exact output video file in Media Manager.

Upload Statuses

Ready

The file is ready to be used within a LogicFlow, and can then be assigned to an Access Journey.

Processing

The file you have uploaded is still being encoded to ensure it works perfectly when displayed within an Access Journey.

Failed

The file has not uploaded, ensure you can access the file outside of the portal and try to upload it again. If you continue to get this error please contact Support.
