Build and manage your own reports using the best-in-class analytics provided by Purple. You can add any of the existing analytics reports to My Reports, when you add filters, change the dimension, date range or chart type, and add the report to My reports it retains these options, this makes it easier to find and quicker to get the information you need. You can organize the reports into folders and share the reports with other users within Manage my reports. You can also view and amend any reports you have scheduled within Manage my schedules.
Add a Report to My Reports

Within Analytics select the report you want to add, click the ellipsis
and select Add to my reports.

Enter a report name and select the folder you wish to add the report to, or create a new folder if required and click Save.
Schedule a Report

Within Analytics select the report you want to add.

Click the ellipsis
and select Schedule report.

Enter a schedule name and click Next.

Select the frequency for which you want to receive the report and click Next.

Set the expiry period for the report links and click Next.

Add additional recipients as required and click Next.

Review the detail on the Summary page, if they are correct click Create schedule.
