Manage my reports contains all of the reports you have saved to My Reports, you can create folders, organize the reports into folders and share the reports with other users.
To create a new folder select New folder, enter a folder name and click Create new folder.
You can use the grab handles to move reports into other folders or to change the order in which your reports and folders appear within My reports.
Share a Report
To share a report with another user click the ellipsis on the report you want to share, select Manage sharing, select the users you want to share with and click Done. The users you share with must have access to the area to view the report.
