My Dashboards

Custom dashboards allow portal users to take any report and load them into a single custom report view, unique to them and the metrics they are looking to track.

To build a custom dashboard, select My Dashboards > Manage my dashboards in the left navigation. From here, you can create new, and pull any report into a new custom dashboard.

Create a dashboard from My Dashboards

  1. Click My DashboardsManage My Dashboards.

  2. Click New dashboard, enter a name for the dashboard and click Create new dashboard.

    You can now add reports to your dashboard, within any report click the ellipsis > Add to dashboardAdd to an existing dashboard, choose the required dashboard and click Add to dashboard.

Create a dashboard from a report

  1. Within any report click the ellipsis > Add to dashboardOr create a new dashboard.

  2. Enter a name for the dashboard, select a folder or if you want to create a new folder, select Create new folder and enter the folder name and then click Create new dashboard.

    The report is automatically added to the dashboard when it is created.

Add reports to a dashboard

  1. Within any report click the ellipsis > Add to dashboardAdd to an existing dashboard.

  2. Choose the required dashboard and click Add to dashboard.

Share a dashboard with other users

  1. Open the dashboard you want to share, click the ellipsis > Share dashboard.

  2. Search for one or more users by typing part of their name.

  3. Click Share on each user you wish to share the dashboard with and then click Done.
