The TrustPilot connector links your Purple account with TrustPilot to automatically send reminders to guests who connected to the WiFi. It sends reminders 24 hours after their visit to your venue, to ask them to leave a review; instantly promoting feedback and enhancing your online presence.
The template used is static; the portal doesn't currently offer an option for a different email template to be used. The default will appear similar to the below, with your company name included:

Data Sent to TrustPilot
No end user data or personally identifiable information is sent to the TrustPilot API. The below data is from Purple’s applications, and is sent up to 1 hour after the Wi-Fi user's visit.
Users are redirected to TrustPilot when they click on the review links in the email. The user can then leave their review for the venue on TrustPilot’s website. The TrustPilot review email sent from Purple’s applications will only be sent once to a Wi-Fi user, per connector.
