The visits reports show the number of visits which can be displayed by gender and age or as a cumulative total. A visit is a distinct session on the WiFi network.
To access these reports click Analytics > Visits.
Visit Count
This report shows the number of visits over your selected time period – and can be broken down by daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly views.
Age
This report shows the number of visits over your selected time period, split by age-group – and can be broken down by daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly views. If you hover over the specific co lour for each age-range it shows the figure in terms of individual visits, and as a percentage of the total.
Gender
This report shows the number of visits over your selected time period, split by gender – and can be broken down by daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly views. If you hover the specific co lour for each gender is shows the figure in terms individual visits, and as a percentage of the total.
Cumulative
This report shows the number of visitors and visits accumulated over time for all venues at and under your current scope.

Visitor - An end user who authenticates on to your WiFi network. Visitors are unique in this report and counted once at scope over time. The cumulative number of visitors is the cumulative count of new visitors seen in the date period selected.

Visit - A distinct session on the WiFi network. The cumulative number of visits is the count of distinct sessions seen in the period. Visits are not grouped by visitor or time in this report so if a visitor had 6 distinct sessions on the WiFi in a single day this is counted as 6 visits for the day.
For example, if the report period is 06/01/2022 to 06/30/2022:
