Acteol Atreemo

The Atreemo Connector provides an integration with Acteol to create and update contact data for your WiFi visitors. By connecting your Purple WiFi platform to your Atreemo Acteol account, guest data captured during the WiFi access journey flows directly into your CRM, keeping your contact records current and ready for engagement.

Key Features:

  • Contact Data Sync: Automatically create and update contact records in Atreemo Acteol as visitors connect to your WiFi.

  • Custom Field Mapping: Map Portal journey data fields to your Acteol Custom Fields to capture the visitor data that matters to you.

  • Scope-Level Control: Apply the connector to the venues you choose using scope levels.

Prerequisites

  • An active Purple WiFi account.

  • An Atreemo Acteol user account.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide:

Gather your Atreemo details

  1. Atreemo Domain: Identify the domain where you log in to Atreemo, e.g. https://atreemo.{YourCompanyName}.com

  2. Account User Name: This is your Atreemo Acteol account user name (usually an email address).

  3. Account Password: The password for your Atreemo Acteol account.

Access the Purple Platform

  1. Log in to your Purple account, navigate to the Management section from the dashboard, and select Connectors.

  2. Find the Atreemo Connector from the list of available integrations.

  3. Click on the Add button to begin the configuration.

Set up your connector

  1. Name your connector: Assign a clear, internal name for the integration.

  2. Input Atreemo Details: Enter the Atreemo Domain, the Account User Name, and the Account Password gathered in the previous step.

  3. Select the correct Scope Level from the right-hand side of the screen to apply the connector to the desired venues.

  4. Select Save.

Configure your Location ID and Brand ID

After saving and validating your Atreemo Acteol credentials, configure your Atreemo Location ID and Brand ID for the connector.

Configure the Remote Data Field mapping for Custom Fields

If you have set up Custom Fields (Supplementary Information) in Acteol, you can configure a Remote Data Field mapping to capture Custom Field data for WiFi visitors.

Select the Portal journey data field (WiFi data source) and enter your Acteol Custom Field name, then click Add map to add the data field mapping. Note that the Custom Field name is case sensitive and should be the exact value for the Custom Field that you have set up in Acteol.

Repeat the process as required for each of your Acteol Custom Fields that you wish to capture WiFi data for.

Save your connector

Select Save to save your connector.

Test the integration

Complete an access journey through your WiFi network. Once authenticated, log in to your Atreemo Acteol CRM and you should be able to see data coming through from access journey visits. If the visitor data appears correctly, your connector is fully operational.

You’re connected!
