We are excited to announce the release of the Klaviyo Connector, a powerful integration between Purple WiFi and Klaviyo. This connector enables businesses to effortlessly synchronise guest data, enhancing your email and SMS marketing efforts. By integrating Purple WiFi analytics with Klaviyo, you can enrich customer profiles with real-world behavioural insights and trigger highly personalised flows based on physical visits.

Prerequisites
An active Purple WiFi account.
A Klaviyo account with admin access.
Step-by-Step Setup Guide:
Access Klaviyo
Log in to your Klaviyo account - https://www.klaviyo.com/login

Navigate to your Account Settings and select API Keys from the settings menu.

Select Create Private API Key and configure it with the following Scopes:
Lists: Full Access
Profiles: Full Access
Subscriptions: Full Access
Note: These scopes provide the connector with the necessary write access to create and update contacts within your account.
Once the key is generated, Copy this token. Ensure you keep it safe, as you will need to enter this into the Purple Platform.
Navigate to Lists & Segments and create a specific list (e.g. "WiFi Users") to save your synchronised guest data.
Access the Purple Platform
Log in to your Purple account and navigate to the Management section from the dashboard and select Connectors.
Find the Klaviyo Connector from the list of available integrations.
Click on the Add button to start the integration process.
Set up your connector
Give your connector a name (preferably descriptive, such as "Klaviyo WiFi Integration").
Paste the Auth Token (Private API Key) you generated in Klaviyo into the API key field.
Select the correct Scope Level you want to apply the connector to from the right-hand side of the screen.
Select Save/Connect.
Test the integration
Complete an access journey through your WiFi network. You should see guest data appearing immediately within your designated list in the Klaviyo CRM. If the contact appears successfully, your connector is active and working.
