How do I set it up?

Getting your new hub set up is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps to bring seamless and secure WiFi to your venue.

Inside the box you’ll find your new Purple Hub, a power cable and a network cable.

1. Connect The Cables

• Plug one end of the white network cable into the ‘WAN’ port on your Purple Hub, and the other end into any available ‘LAN’ (this may be called 'Ethernet') port on your main internet router.
• Plug the black power cable into the small round ‘Power’ port on your Purple Hub, and then into a mains wall socket.
• Ensure you lift all 4 antennas to their vertical position

2. Power Up Your Purple Hub

• The Purple Hub will turn on automatically. After a moment, the power, arrow and wireless LEDs will begin to flash blue, confirming everything is ready to go!

3. Get Connected

• On your phone, tablet, or computer, go to the WiFi settings.
• Look for and select 'Purple Free WiFi' from the list of available networks.
• Once you have completed the journey, you will be connected to the Internet and fully online.
