Wayfinding Events

Wayfinding Events within the Wayfinding Admin Tool allows you to create upcoming events within your venue to display to visitors. Choose the menu item List of Events.

Note: There is a date range, if you want to view events already set up, you may need to adjust the range to see all events.

Add Event

  1. Select Add New Event and complete the details as required.

  2. From Select a Destination, choose a menu and data destination to attach it to the event. This provides a user with walking directions to the even when they select it. If you do not select a destination, the event is viewable information only.

  3. Within Recurrence, choose daily, weekly or monthly and click Save.

Edit Event

  1. Click the edit button next to the event you want to edit.

  2. If it is a recurring event, to edit all occurrences choose the top most event and select Edit all events in this group.

  3. Edit the details as required and click Save.

Delete Event

  1. Click the edit button next to the event you want to delete.

  2. Click Delete, to delete an entire group of events set up on a recurrence schedule, select Edit all events in this group.
