Logging in
Open a web browser and log in to your Ruckus Cloud (One) dashboard at https://ruckus.cloud.
Wi-Fi Network Configuration
Click Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Networks List on the left menu then Add Wi-Fi Network. Configure with the below settings:
| Network Name: | Guest WiFi (or whatever you wish) |
| Type: | Captive Portal |
Click Next and configure with:
| Captive Portal Type: | 3rd Party Captive Portal (WISPr) |
Click Next and configure with:
| Portal Provider: | Purple |
| Region: | Select your Purple Portal account region |
| Captive Portal URL: | *insert access_url here* |
| Redirect users to: | *insert redirect_url here* |
| Integration Key: |
Make a note of this key. You'll need to enter it on the Venue > Settings page in your portal.

| Secure your network: | None |
| Enable MAC auth bypass: | Disabled |
| Enable the encryption for users MAC: | Enabled |
| Use Bypass Captive Network Assistant: | Disabled |
| Walled Garden: | Please refer to this list. |
Click Next and select which Venue to apply the configuration to. Enable the venue by turning the Activated switch to ON.
If you are asked to select which AP's to apply to, choose All APs unless you have a specific requirement.
Click Next to confirm settings and then Add to finish.
Important Note
Please ensure you have copied the Integration Key to your portal under Venue > Settings as per above.
Configuration Complete
The configuration is now complete.
Secure WiFi setup
If you wish to enable our Secure WiFi solution please complete the steps below.

Click Add. Beside Identity Provider click Add and configure with:
| Profile Name: | securewifi |
Beside NAI Realm click Add Realm and configure with:
| Realm Name: | securewifi.purple.ai |
Click Add. Beside Roaming Consortium OI click Add OI and configure with:
| OI Name: | OpenRoaming |
| Organization ID: | 5A 03 BA |
Click Add. Click Add OI again and configure with:
| OI Name: | OpenRoaming |
| Organization ID: | 00 40 96 |
Click Next. Beside Authentication Server click Add Server and configure with:

| Port: | 1812 |

Click Add Secondary Server and configure with:

Enable the Accounting Service and beside Accounting Server click Add Server and configure with:

Click Add Secondary Server and configure with:
