How to Create Your ConneX Account

1. Open the ConneX app on your device and select Create Account.	2. Enter your email address and click Continue to proceed.	3. Provide your information and choose a secure password.

4. Please read our Terms and Conditions and accept to continue.	5. Follow the prompts to install the ConneX SecurePass profile on your device.	6. Click Allow to finish the setup process.

How to Connect to a WiFi Hotspot

1. Open the map.
2. Tap on the Wi-Fi hotspot to view all the information required for connection, including the Wi-Fi name, place name, address, and password (if required).
3. Go to the location of the Wi-Fi hotspot. You may copy the address and paste it into your preferred GPS app to find your route.
4. Ensure you are within approximately 30 meters (100 feet) of the Wi-Fi signal to establish a connection.
5. Open your device’s Wi-Fi settings and select the network to connect.

How to Add a New WiFi Hotspot

1. Connect to a WiFi hotspot ( Go to your device's Wi-Fi setting and join the network).
2. Open the ConneX app on your device.
3. Tap the Add WiFi button (only displayed when your device is connected to WiFi).
4. If prompted, input the password for the Wi-Fi network.
5. Click Add WiFi button to complete the process.
