  • The free version includes a 30-day trial of Capture-level access, which allows you to experience enhanced features and functionalities.
  • Begin your journey by filling out the customer registration form on the Purple WiFi website. You can find the registration link here.
  • After registration, check your email for a verification message. Click the link in the email to confirm your account. Note that the link is valid for only 24 hours.

  • After setting your password, you will be directed to the Purple Launchpad dashboard, where you can begin the onboarding process by clicking on Purple WiFi.
  • To add a venue:  Fill in the venue details and click "Next step."
    Provide the necessary hardware details, referring to the step-by-step guide available through the portal. Once the hardware information is submitted, you can review it or add more items before finishing the onboarding wizard.
  • Purple is hardware agnostic, meaning our solution is compatible with a wide range of networking equipment from all major hardware providers. Click here to view our full list of supported devices.
  • To view your hardware details:
    Click on Management, then select Locations.
    Choose your venue under Venues & Groups and click on Hardware.
    Click on the MAC address to enter edit mode and view or download the full guide.
  • To personalise your splash page:
    Click on Splash pages or navigate to Onboarding > Splash Page.
    You can choose a pre-designed template or create your own.
  • Offline Page: This is the primary login page that users encounter when connecting to the guest WiFi. However, it is restricted to limited content and does not include external links, as users remain within the Walled Garden. 
    Online Page: After a successful login, this optional page can be displayed and may include external links and media, such as promotions and event information, to enrich the user experience.
    Out of Hours Page: This page prevents logins outside of business hours and only displays limited content, keeping users engaged even when access is restricted.
  • You can manage and invite additional users from Management Users. This ensures that your team can assist with managing your venue’s WiFi.
