My Reports

Build and manage your own reports using the best-in-class Analytics provided by Purple

  • Adding a Report to My Reports
    1. Select the report you want to add from the Analytics section of the portal
    2. Select the menu icon in the top right corner
    3. Select ‘Add to my reports’
    4. Select the folder you wish to add the report to, or create a new folder if required
    5. Give the report a name and select ‘Save’
  • Scheduling a Report
    1. From the Analytics report you wish to schedule, select the menu button and select ‘Schedule report’
    2. Give the schedule a name and select ‘Next’
    3. Select the frequency for which you want to receive the report and select ‘Next’
    4. Set the expiry period for the report links and select ‘Next’
    5. Add additional recipients as required and select ‘Next’
    6. If you are happy with the details presented on the Summary page, select ‘Create schedule’
  • Suspending or Resuming a Scheduled Report
    1. Under My Reports, select ‘Manage my schedules’
    2. For the scheduled report you wish to suspend, select on the menu icon and select ‘Suspend’
    3. Select ‘Yes’ to confirm suspension
    4. To resume, repeat the process above but select ‘Resume’ from the menu
  • Deleting a Scheduled Report
    1. Under My Reports, select ‘Manage my schedules’
    2. For the scheduled report you wish to delete, select on the menu icon and select ‘Delete’
    3. Select ‘Yes’ to confirm deletion
  • Unsubscribing from a Scheduled Report
    1. Under My Reports, select ‘Manage my schedules’
    2. Select the ‘Subscribed reports’ tab
    3. Select the menu icon on the report you wish to unsubscribe from and select ‘Unsubscribe’
    4. Select ‘Yes’ to confirm you wish to unsubscribe from the report
