Custom HTML emails allow for greater flexibility, customization and personalization of customer communications. Portal users can also include third party tracking tags so they can better understand the success of email campaigns.
To build a custom HTML email, head over to ‘Marketing’ > ‘Communications’ in the left navigation. Then, when adding a new type of communication, select ‘HTML email’ from the drop down.
