Custom dashboards allow portal users to take any report and load them into a single custom report view, unique to them and the metrics they are looking to track.
To build a custom dashboard, select My Dashboards > Manage my dashboards in the left navigation. From here, you can create new, and pull any report into a new custom dashboard.
Click My Dashboards > Manage My Dashboards.
Click New dashboard, enter a name for the dashboard and click Create new dashboard.
You can now add reports to your dashboard, within any report click the ellipsis > Add to dashboard > Add to an existing dashboard, choose the required dashboard and click Add to dashboard.
Within any report click the ellipsis > Add to dashboard > Or create a new dashboard.
Enter a name for the dashboard, select a folder or if you want to create a new folder, select Create new folder and enter the folder name and then click Create new dashboard.
The report is automatically added to the dashboard when it is created.
