Log in to the Edimax router web interface at http://192.168.2.1 (default user/pass is admin/1234)
Click Toolbox > Firmware
Click Browse and select the firmware file you downloaded from the portal. Next, click the Apply / Upgrade button.
You will be asked to confirm the upgrade. Choose Continue or Yes
N.B. You may need to try another browser if you receive an error.
The firmware will now be updated and the router will reboot. This may take 2-3 minutes to complete.
